My Sarie Marais is an Afrikaans South African drama. A woman returns after twenty years to the farm where she grew up and finds her youthful love the new owner, beginning a story of rediscovery, confrontation and forgiveness.

Written by Deon Opperman.* First publication not traced.* Described as Deon Opperman's first drama for the stage after Kaburu, for which he received his second Hertzog Prize.

Performance history in South Africa

2010: Staged at the US Woordfees, Stellenbosch, in the HB Thom Teater on 6 March, as part of the Sanlam Dramafees. With Hanli Rolfes and Deon Coetzee.
