Intensivstation oder Das unverändert pflanzenhafte Dahinvegetieren (lit "Intensive care unit or An Endless Vegetable-Like Existence") is a German radio play by Christoph Gahl (1947-)[1]

Not to be confused by Intensive Care by Stephen Gray.

The original text

Produced in German by Horst H. Vollmer, the play was awarded the Prix Italia for radio work in 1981.

1982: Intensiewe Sorgeenheid, of Om Sommer Soos 'n Plant Aan Te Hou Bestaan broadcast on 7 June in Radioteater by the Afrikaans service of the SABC, directed by Babs Laker.
