Brigitte Reeve

Biography

Brigitte Reeve qualified as an AIDT teacher and was invited by the board of the AIDT as an examiner both local and International in 1994. She travels annually to the USA to take dancers on educational tours and has taught Master Classes in New York, London, Canada, Australia, Seattle, Boston, Los Angeles, New Jersey and San Francisco. She continues to examine, adjudicate and teach around the country and internationally. She shares her passion of dance, with assisting animals through her foundation, Dancers Love Dogs.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

In 2025, Reeve teachers Horton technique at LAMTA.

Awards

In 2016 Brigitte was awarded the Glamour Woman of the Year title for her work through Dancers Love Dogs.
