In March 2010, ''Red'' moved to the John Golden Theater on Broadway in New York City with the same stars (Alfred Molina, Eddie Redmayne) and director. It ran from 1 April to 27 June 2010 receiving generally favorable reviews and winning six Tony awards, including Best Play. ''Red'' has subsequently been produced by Auckland Theatre Company, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Melbourne Theatre Company and the Fortune Theatre, Dunedin.
