1946: Produced [[William Shakespeare]]'s ''[[As You Like It]]'' for the Collegiate.
 
 
 
1946: Acted in [[The Blue Goose]] for [[PEMADS]].

The Walmer Dramatic Society was restarted by Mrs J Tasker, formerly Miss Elaine English, when she came to Port Elizabeth in January 1946 as a speech training and dramatic art teacher for the Collegiate School for Girls. She studied at the University of Cape Town.
