The story was based on the farce Over Night by Philip Bartholomae, and turned into a musical by by Guy Bolton and Philip Bartholomae, with music by Jerome Kern, and lyrics by Schuyler Green and Herbert Reynolds. First produced by Elisabeth Marbury and F. Ray Comstock bon December 23, 1915 at the Princess Theatre, New York.

South African Productions
