Ulibambe Lingashoni / Hold Up the Sun is an English language documentary film by Brian Tilley, Clarence Hamilton, Laurence Dworkin, Lesley Lawson amd Mokonenyana Molete.

The 104 minute long film presents a comprehensive film history of the African National Congress (ANC) and its decades-long struggle to end Apartheid in South Africa.

It is also available as a 265 minute long five part video documentary series, and like the film tracing the history of the ANC from 1912 to 1990 using historical and contemporary footage and photographs and many interviews. Produced by Lawrence Dworkin for Afravision, series directed by Jeremy Nathan relased 1993.
