Tooth and Nail is a play created in workshop which began in October 1988 by Junction Avenue Theatre Company. Full-length. Cast: mixed.

Performance history in South Africa

1991: Tooth and Nail was extensively reworked for the Standard Bank National Arts Festival, 1991, by Carol Steinberg and Malcolm Purkey. Directed by Purkey, assisted by Carol Steinberg, starring Daphney Hlomuka, Grace Mahlaba, Ramolao Makhene, Tale Motsepe, Orna Shifren, Raphael Vilakazi, Megan Kruskal, Gys de Villiers, Patrick Shai and Francois Venter. Design and lighting design Sarah Roberts, puppets Handspring Puppet Company, musical director Orna Shifren.
