Tonight at 8.30 is a cycle of ten short plays by Noël Coward,

The original text

First produced in 1935 in Manchester, then taken on tour. Played in London (1936), New York (1936–1937) and Canada (1938). The plays were performed in various combinations of three at each performance during the original run.

Performance history in South Africa

The individual plays, sometimes in combinations of two or three titles, or sometimes as a single play (typically for lunch-hour performances) have been staged over the years in South Africa.
