Presented by Joan Brickhill and Louis Burke, staged during 1980 at the Alhambra Theatre, His Majesty's Theatre and the Nico Malan Theatre Centre. Directed and choreographed by Brickhill and Burke, scenery and projections by Douglas W. Schmidt, costumes by Joan Brickhill and lighting by Denis Hutchinson.
