In August 1974 [[Marie van Heerden]] directed a production of ''[[Pavane]]'' with the script as [[André P. Brink]] had re-worked it after the [[CAPAB]] production a year earlier. She staged it in the [[Libertas Theatre]] in Stellenbosch with the University's amateur theatre society, [[USAT]]. Première production in August 1973, presented by the CAPAB Afrikaans Company Workshop Theatre in the Hofmeyr Theatre in Cape Town, directed by Mees Xteen. Stage manager Mavis Lilenstein.
