This company, a continuation of the [[National Youth Theatre|NTO Youth Group]] ([[National Youth Theatre|NTO Jeuggroep]]), was transferred to the newly formed PACT and existed from 1963 till 1974.  Initially run by [[Eghardt van der Hoven]] , with members of the former [[NTO]] company,  as such as [[Cobus Roussouw]], [[Jannie Gildenhuys]] and [[Carel Trichardt]]. They were funded by a grant from the [[Transvaal Education Department]] and other educational authorities to do theatre for schools.
