Possibly Fagan’s best one-act play, it inspired Reza de Wet’s 199* play Drif. First performed in *** and published in 1947 in one volume with the full-length play Die Nuwe Wêreld (“The New World”). Published in Vyfling by Nasboek and in Die Nuwe Wêreld en ander Toneelstukke by Naspers.

Directed by Queenie Fagan for K.A.T. in September 1946.
