Municipal Muddles, or Love in the Dark is a satire by Charles Utting (fl. 1860s).

Also known as either Municipal Muddles or as Love in the Dark.

The original text

Apparently written by Charles Utting (also found as C. Utting), a Capetonian author and first performed in Cape Town 1867.
