Modes van Agter, Skuld van Voor (lit. "Fashion from behind, debt from the front") is a stage text compiled from the writings of C.J. Langenhoven.

Performance history in South Africa

1964: Performed by the PACT Afrikaans company, directed by Cobus Rossouw and Leonora Nel for PACT. Played in the Alexander Theatre, Johannesburg, the old National Theatre, Pretoria and taken on a tour of towns in the Transvaal. The cast included Cobus Rossouw, Anna Cloete, Pieter Geldenhuys, James Norval, Leonora Nel, Marius Weyers and Kita Redelinghuijs. Decor Raimond Schoop, costumes Margarte Louttit.
