Mr J.A.G. Bremer (fl. early 1900s) was a Dutch speaking citizen of Cape Town, and an amateur performer.

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

A member of, and performer for, the Cape Town based rederijkerskamer called Aurora III, Cape Town (1909-1914).

In 1910 he is specifically mentioned as performing the monologue Een Rooie Tydens de Kroningsfeesten on 31 August in celebration of Queen Wilhelmina's birthday by Aurora III in the ANV Saal, Cape Town, as part of a programme also including Hans de Portier (Kruyer) in 't Vehoor (Beckmann).
