Home at Seven is a mystery play written in 1950 by English writer R.C. Sheriff [1] (1896-1975).

In 1952 the play was adapted as a film Home at Seven directed by and starring Ralph Richardson.

Performance history in South Africa

1951: Presented by the Brian Brooke Company directed by British director Mary Byron starring Petrina Fry and Brian Brooke, Hofmeyr Theatre, Cape Town, 1951.

1977: Presented at the Brooke Theatre, Johannesburg from 7 June to 25 June 1977.
