Going Greek was a Gaiety Theatre (London, 1937) production [1] brought to South Africa by Leslie Henson, opening at the Empire Theatre, Johannesburg, on 9 June 1939. Accompanying Henson to South Africa were Ivy Tresmand, Richard Hearne, Leslie Spurling, Felice Lascelles, Rosalind Atkinson, George Neil, John Coyle, Gavin Gordon and George Nelson.
