Biography
She grew up in die Namaqualand area and matriculated at the Bloemhof Hoër Meisieskool in Stellenbosch. Frieda studied drama at the University of Stellenbosch Drama Department.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Frieda performed in N.P. van Wyk Louw en die Meisies in 2006 and in Albert Maritz's cabaret Elders aan Diens (based on poems by Jeanne Goosen) in 2007.
She was one of the judges for the Kanna Awards in 2013.
