Fadren (1887), by August Strindberg, translated as The Father in English and Die Vader in Afrikaans.

Produced in English by CAPAB in 1969, with Joe Stewardson, Joyce Bradley, Helen Braithwaite and Gillian Garlick.

Produced by PACOFS in 196*.

From 24 September to 5 October 2013 the Wits School of Arts / WitsMusic and Wits Theatre produced a student version, directed by Makhaola Ndebele.
