Produced in 1944 by Die Maskers, featuring M.S. du Buson, Danie Bouwer, Frances Fuchs in the Library Theatre.

Grosskopf was awarded the Hertzog Prize for Drama in 1926 for As die tuig skawe and the collection Drie Eenbedrywe which contains In die Wagkamer, Die Spookhuis and Die Peswolk.
