Die Hand Wat Hy Eenmaal Geneem Het ("The hand He once took") is an Afrikaans one-act Biblical drama by Gerhard J. Beukes (1913 - 1998).

The original text

A Biblical play dealing with the reactions of John, Peter and Judas to the arrest of Christ.

First published in the collection Laat die Kerse Brand! en Ander Eenbedrywe (1945), later also in Kerse Teen die Wind: Tien Eenbedrywe (1950), and Viertal (1968), all by J.L. van Schaik.
