Production history

2009: First produced as Amaza by Artscape in 2009, adapted for the stage and directed by Itumeleng Wa-Lehure. The production features Thando Baliso, Lukhanyo Bele, Zoleka Helisi, Alicia Nosidima Hloyi, Nandipha Jama, Lindelwa Kali, Zoliswa Kawe, Nobuhle Kethelo, Lulama Mame, Bongile Mantsai, Masizole Marafana, Anele Matoti, Nandipha Mnyuka, Pepeswi Phumzile Ngxukuma, Portia Njozela, Sylvia Bulelwa Ntlantlu, Saxola Nyamza, Pumeza Rashe and Monde Xakwe. Designs by Patrick Curtis, music direction by Bongani Magatyana.

2014: Presented in the Artscape Theatre Centre in May.
