Quoted from the programme of The Elephant Man wherein Pike played (or understudied Paul du Toit) the role of Lord John: 'Adam Pike founded the Quantum Theatre Company in 1995 with Warren Nebe and performed Wolfboy at the Standard Bank National Festival of the Arts in Grahamstown. Adam graduated with a BA Degree in Drama and performed in various UCT productions (Equus, The Frogs and Marat Sade. He helped found the Iindiza Theatre Company, which has produced both Entre and Beds on Bricks. Iindiza will be performing a reworked version of Beds on Brick at the Bruhaha Street Theatre Festival in Liverpool. He performed in the Baxter's Dancing at Lughnasa, and appeared in the Sinbad TV series.'
