Presented by TRUK Toneel in 1985 at the State Theatre Pretoria and the Alexander Theatre Johannesburg, directed by Tjaart Potgieter starring Chris van Niekerk (Rupert), Trudie Taljaard (Dot), Louis van Niekerk (Kaayman), Aletta Bezuidenhout (Nora), Ilse van Hemert (Trix), Pierre Knoesen (Jimmy), Ben Kruger (Baby), Johan Engelbrecht (Cokes), Albert Maritz (Ros), Schalk Schoombie (Bester) and Marina Mynhardt (Jess). Designs by Chris Pretorius, lighting design by Jane Gosnell.
