Sibongile Bax Dale (also known by its acronym of SBD) is an arts incubation programme, co-founded by Pamela Nomvete and Nicholas Beveney, and is named after Nomvete's parents.
In 2015 the project hosted an arts festival at the Joburg Theatre, where some of the performers included young people who've gone through the SBD programme.
