David Nissen
(19**-) Guitarist and vocalist, actor, composer and musical arranger.
Performed in Animal Fair (devised and presented by Phillip Boucher, The Space, 197*), *. Composed the music and sang for Stories, Folk and Film (The Space, 197*), *.
Professional in musical theatre since 1971. Joined CAPAB in 1984. Maynardville productions included Much Ado About Nothing and The Two Gentleman of Verona. Performed in Jesus Christ Superstar. Musical director for a production of Hair. Seen in Mr Mojo Risin - A Tribute to Jim Morrison in the NICO Arena.
As playwright
Wrote and performed in The Prince and the Sphinx (Cape Town Festival, 198*).
