by Geraldine Aron. “Irish” One-Act play similar in its poetic and minimalist form to her earlier Bar and Ger, it tells the story of a mismatched couple through thirty-five years of marriage with humour and tenderness.


First published in Seven Plays and Four Monologues, 1985 and subsequently in Play Spectrum (ed. H. Houghton-Hawksley), 1986. (See Gosher, 1988)


1979: First produced at the Space Theatre in October 1979, directed by Keith Grenville, with Ethwyn Grant and Dermot Judge.

Produced by CAPAB in 198*, directed by **, with Diane Wilson and Michael McGovern.

1983: Presented by Neria Cohen on the Festival Fringe, July 1983.
