Obtained a BA (Hons) in English and Philosophy and a number of educational diplomas. For several years was the director of the Community Arts Project (CAP), later co-director of Arts and Media Access Centre. On the closing of AMAC in 2008, ran his own consultancy, ZAG Consulting.
