by Tania van Zyl. A one-act play in a mix of prose and poetry, set in a futuristic world and dealing with the erosion of law and order and its replacement with a set of arbitrary rules. Treating the chicanery and greed of two generals (Hi Sky and Lo Tow), it also satirizes warmongering. A companion piece to her play The Willing Victim. Published in Contrast Vol 10 No 2, January 1976.
