Biography
He died in March 2004 in a hospital in Pretoria.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was one-time editor of the educational journal Lantern (later known as Vuka!) and Tuinhuis, then became the arts editor the Pretoria News in the 1980s. In 1985 he became the founder and/or editor of the arts and lifestyle journal De Kat and editor of Habitat Magazine South Africa[1].
In 1980 he apparently founded PATSO (a student organisation for performing artists), which would eventually become an independent production company, known as PATO (the Performing Artists Theatre Organisation).
