J.J. Labuschagne (1935-2014) was a journalist, book compiler and publisher.

Fondly referred to by most people as Lappies Labuschagne, also referred to as Jean Labuschagne.

Not to be confused with the rugby forward


Biography

Born Jean J. Labuschagne in Lichtenburg in 1935,


He was head publisher at Tafelberg Publishers from 1992-1998.

Married to Maddie Labuschagne, he passed away after a long illness in 2014.
