Sita (1898-1987). (Pseudonym of Sita de Kock, born Sara Bosman) was an Afrikaans author and playwright.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She wrote the plays Sy Les, Die Stiefma. In 1944 she wrote the play Die Goeie Oue Tyd ("The good old times"), based on a theme suggested by Anna Neethling-Pohl. Performed by the Pierre de Wet Geselskap in 1944. Later filmed by De Wet under the title Simon Beyers.
