She lectured at Pretoria Technikon, Akademie vir Dramakuns, University of Cape Town Drama Department.

She directed Diepe Grond with Marthinus Basson in 1996.
Directed Putsonderwater (UCT 1993), Blood Wedding (with Geoffrey Hyland as co-director), 1998), Die Asjaspassie 2006, Poppie (UCT 2006), Skelmstreke (Suidoosterfees 2007), Henrietta with Love 2015, Die Geel Komplot, a production for children, 2004, Die Rebellie van Lafras Verwey (UCT 2005), Die Kersieboord 2013 for The Mechanicals.
She directed District 6 Our Buckingham Palace in London in 2014.
Acted in Mirakel 1994 and directed a UCT student production of the play in 2013.
Acted in Die Nag van die Brandende Ape, The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant, 4 Vertrekke en 'n Tuin March 1978, Battle! (Glass Theatre 1981), Laat-Februarie 1922 (as Jong Vrou/Petronella, CAPAB 1983), The Lulu Plays (1984), Die Vroue van Troje (UTS 1987.
