First performed at the Royal Surrey Theatre, on 15 October, 1860.

1867: Performed as John Wopps by the Le Roy-Duret Company in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town, on 23 December, with The Hunchback (Knowles) and a dance by Miss Clara
