Joint winner (along with Wilma Stockenström’s Die Laaste Middagmaal) of a one-act play competition organised for The Space (Cape Town) by the Foundation for Art and Theatre in 1973. First staged as part of a double-bill in the Outer Space (Cape Town) in 197*, directed by Charlotte du Toit with Paul Herzberg, Blaise Koch, Lynne Maree, Jan Olivier and Trix Pienaar. The stage managers were Bill Anderson and Fatima Dike. Scene 1 published in Contemporary South African Plays (ed Ernest Perreira) under the title Weekend in 1977. (See Gosher, 1988)
