C. Utting

C. Utting was a South African playwright.

Wrote a historical play Governor van Noot, or Things as They Were is a historical play by C. Utting. Also known as Governor van Noot or Things as They Were.

In 1867 he wrote Municipal Muddles, also known as Love in the Dark.
