Biography
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, where he began his acting career, before coming to settle in Johannesburg, initially working for the Brickhill-Burke company, starting off in the chorus, but moving on to juvenile leads (e.g. in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Mame). Performances for Pieter Toerien and Geoffrey Sutherland soon followed and he ended touring the country for up to five months a year, so - after the birth of his two children - he stopped the touring to put his versatility to use in the fields of industrial and corporate entertainment, though still doing the occasional musical.
He married dancer, choreographer and producer Sandy Dyer in 1987 and they had two children, Trent and Whitney.
