To What Red Hell is a play by British playwright Percy Robinson (born 1885) [1], first performed in 1926. Successfully and twice made into a silent film. It is a melodrama concerning the death penalty. The body of a woman is found in a boarding house. At first she appears to have gassed herself, but it turns out that she has been strangled.

1929: Produced by Muriel Alexander for the Repertory Players (1929?), starring Sylvie Mathey, Graham Daniels, Phyllis Patley, Bruce Lezard, Henry Ginsberg, A. Norris Goodman and others.
