Biography
Training
Graduated from the University of Cape Town Drama Department with a BA and Performer's Diploma, 199*.
Career
Performed in and directed schools tours for CAPAB and PACT.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She is a founder member of the Cape Town based Makeshift Moon Theatre Company and performed in their debut production of Cowboy Mouth. Other productions include The Opposite Sex for NAPAC, Tales from 1001 Nights, Pygmalion, Angels in America (PACT), Umlungu (Grahamstown Festival 1996), Tamara Sachs in Taking Sides.
She wrote An Unromantic Comedy directed by Craig Freimond at Sandton's Theatre on the Square, 2013. Starring Charmaine Weir-Smith, Jaci de Villiers and Antony Coleman.
Film and television work includes Crime in Gabon, Egoli, Theatresports.
She was head writer for the SABC 1 drama series Bubomi 'Sana, 2004.
She co-wrote the hit film, Material, with Craig Freimond.
Awards, etc
She was nominated for a Vita Award (Cape region) for Best supporting actress in Taking Sides, award year 1997.
