Castor en Pollux
Castor en Pollux (Castor and Pollux) is a small intermezzo[1], based on the Greek myth[2], written by "an amateur" (most probably Charles Etienne Boniface) as part of, or as accompaniment to, his satire Nog Net Zoo, a reworking of Clasius, of Het Proces om een Komedie-Lootje.
A crude satire on J. Suasso de Lima, it was performed on 13 September, 1834 in Cape Town, with Valmont de Saint Priest, of De Schipbreukeling (Van Haemstede) and Nog Net Zoo (Boniface).
