A misspelling of Adelaide van Beijeren, the title for Dutch version of Adélaïde de Bavière, a drama in four acts by Joseph-Marie Loaisel de Tréogate (1801). This spelling occurs in 19th century South African productions in Cape Town, as cited by F.C.L. Bosman (1928)
