East by Stephen Berkoff. (First performed 19**). A play about **. Performed in South Africa by the Baxter Theatre, directed by Christopher Weare in 1990.
Barney Simon directed the play in 1978 at the Laager starring David Eppel, Marcel van Heerden, Peter Piccolo, Lesley Nott and Ron Smerczak.
He did so again in 199* for the Market Theatre Company. Produced by Michael Maxwell, set and lighting designer was Wesley France, costumes designed by Nadia Kruger. The cast: Jamie Bartlett (Mike), Gilda Blacher (Sylv), Michael Gritten (Les), Robert Colman (Mum), Joss Levine (Dad).
