Nkosinathi Sangweni waka Mtshali embodies professionalism, artistic excellence, and visionary leadership in the performing arts. With a 24-year career rooted in passion, he began at The Dance Factory and Jazzart Dance Theatre, evolving into a celebrated dancer, choreographer, and MC. His expertise spans project management and event curation, including high-profile events like RMB Starlight Classics and the Mining Indaba. A fierce advocate for dance education, Nathi develops training curricula and facilitates outreach workshops, inspiring future generations with his creativity, meticulous detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

He is SSFSA Festival Coordinator Cape Town.
