Nkosinathi Sangweni waka Mtshali began his career at The Dance Factory and Jazzart Dance Theatre, evolving into a celebrated dancer, choreographer, and MC. His expertise spans project management and event curation, including high-profile events like RMB Starlight Classics and the Mining Indaba. A fierce advocate for dance education, Nathi develops training curricula and facilitates outreach workshops.

He is SSFSA Festival Coordinator Cape Town.
