Biography
He has a BA in Politics and a BA Honours in Politics and International Relations, both from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), .
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Among the plays he has written and directed are Poison, a one-act political play about (performed in 2022 and published by the UJ Press at the University of Johannesburg, 2023).
Mdlongwa is the C.E.O of Festilente, described as a Creative Arts Production Company, which produces plays and channels them to mainstream theatre. Part of his responsibilities are to act as a production manager and a director for the plays for the company.
