He trained at the Soyikwa Institute of African Theatre, based at the Funda Centre.
Career
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He starred in Mothobi Mutloatse’s adaptation of The Suit in 1993. Other stage roles include Julius Caesar, Lifa, Marabi directed by Malcolm Purkey, Ekhaya: Museum over Soweto, The Good Woman of Sharkville, Maru, The Transistor Radio, The Wheel, Komeng and The Coolie Odyssey in 2005.
In 1994, Dube wrote and directed Man Friday, which was presented at the Market Theatre. Included in the cast were Ignatius Qulu and Lucky Ngojo.
