On stage he was seen in Die Loodswaaiers (CAPAB 1966), Die Dame met die Kamelias (CAPAB 1966), Richard III (CAPAB production in Afrikaans), The West Indian (CAPAB 1967), Voëlvry (KRUIK/UTS 1967), Hamlet (1969, Little Theatre), The Royal Hunt of the Sun (UCT 1969/70), The Crucible (1970), 'n Wingerdstok sal Rank 1971.
He wrote the comedic television series Sagmoedige Neelsie broadcast by SABC in 1974.
