Kevin J. Wetmore Jr (19**-19**) is an academic and theatre specialist.

Biography

He is currently a professor of theatre arts at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, USA. His areas of expertise include Japanese theatre, African theatre, Shakespeare, Greek tragedy, stage combat and comedy and as a writer works on theatre history and criticism, world theatre and film.

He has edited ten books, including Bloomsbury Methuen Drama's Critical Companions series (co-editor with Patrick Lonergan) , series editor of: "A Critical Companion to the American Stage Musical", volume editor of "The Methuen Drama Anthology of Modern Asian Plays" and "Modern Asian Theatre and Performance 1900-2000".

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Author of an article on "Brett Bailey" in Middeke, Schnierer and Homann(2015).
