1850: Performed on 11 September by "Captain Hall's Company" (popular name at the time for the Garrison Players) in the Garrison Theatre, Cape Town , with as afterpiece The Sentinel by J.M. Morton.
Repeated by the same company on 17 September, with J.M. Morton's Box and Cox as afterpiece.
